We are proud to introduce our very own (and Australia's first) Hojicha Chocolate bars.
Each bar is handmade in Melbourne in small batches, using organic & fair-trade premium Couverture White Chocolate and a blend of our Medium + Dark Roast Hojicha Powder for optimal depth of flavour.
We worked with a local chocolatier who conches chocolate for 72 hours, allowing a long refining process that mills cocoa butter and sugar into a silky smooth liquor that creates chocolate with a creamier mouthfeel.
The bars have a rich and pronounced Hojicha flavour, well complemented by the sweetness of the chocolate (we reduced the level of sweetness commonly found in white chocolate by about 20%, so these bars are on the less-sweet side).

Each bar comes packed in a resealable ziplock bag for optimal storage after opening. It should be kept in a cool dry place and should never be placed in the refrigerator. Improper storage can affect the texture and taste of the chocolates.
