Genmaicha Chocolate Bar

We are proud to introduce our very own (and Australia's first) Genmaicha Chocolate bars

Each bar is handmade in Melbourne in small batches, using organic & fair-trade premium Couverture White Chocolate and a generous amount of our Genmaicha Powder (Green Tea and Roasted Brown Rice).

We worked with a local chocolatier who conches chocolate for 72 hours, allowing a long refining process that mills cocoa butter and sugar into a silky smooth liquor that creates chocolate with a creamier mouthfeel.

The bars have a beautiful balance of flavour between the green tea and classic toasted notes of roasted rice, all complemented by the sweetness of the chocolate (we reduced the level of sweetness commonly found in white chocolate by about 20%, so these bars are on the less-sweet side).

Ingredients: Organic Fair-Trade Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Green Tea & Roasted Rice Powder, Sunflower Lecithin.

Weight: 60g

Each bar comes packed in a resealable ziplock bag for optimal storage after opening. It should be kept in a cool dry place and should never be placed in the refrigerator. Improper storage can affect the texture and taste of the chocolates.
