Matcha Chocolate Bar

We are proud to introduce our very own Matcha Green Tea Chocolate bars.

Each bar is handmade in Melbourne in small batches, using organic & fair-trade premium Couverture White Chocolate and a generous amount of our Premium Uji Matcha.

We worked with a local chocolatier who conches chocolate for 72 hours, allowing a long refining process that mills cocoa butter and sugar into a silky smooth liquor that creates chocolate with a creamier mouthfeel.

The bars have a rich and lingering Matcha taste, well complemented by the sweetness of the chocolate (we reduced the level of sweetness commonly found in white chocolate by about 20%, so these bars are on the less-sweet side).

Ingredients: Organic Fair-Trade Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Matcha Green Tea Powder, Sunflower Lecithin.

Weight: 60g

Each bar comes packed in a resealable ziplock bag for optimal storage after opening. It should be kept in a cool dry place and should never be placed in the refrigerator. Improper storage can affect the texture and taste of the chocolates.
