Our general grade recommendations are the following:
- For Usucha Tea (traditional thin tea)Â choose YUKIRO, HANAE or HARUNAÂ (organic)
- For Koicha Tea (thick strong tea) choose YUKIRO
- For Cold Brew Matcha choose HANAE, HARUNAÂ (organic)Â or KOHIKI
- For Matcha Latte choose KOHIKI
- For Matcha desserts choose TAISHIRO or SHIZEN (organic)
