We use Australia Post (unless a different service is chosen) and our orders are dispatched from our Melbourne (Victoria) warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Returns
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges in the unlikely case of defective or damaged products, however we do not accept returns and refund requests on our teas for very subjective reasons such as change of mind, personal flavour preferences or quality expectations that may not be met. We are confident in the quality standard and fair pricing of our teas, however they are a natural ingredient with their own unique flavour profile that may not need to meet a certain fixed and subjective flavour expectation.
