KOHIKI Matcha 1kg | Premium Latte Grade - 1st Harvest 2026

KOHIKI is our best-selling 1st Harvest Premium Latte blend since 2015. A high-grade Uji Matcha blended for milky drinks and high-end desserts - packed in cost-effective 1kg bags.

This premium first harvest blend of Okumidori & Yabukita showcases a vivid green and a remarkably clean, smooth profile that pairs perfectly with milk and into fresh creams for high-end desserts. Great also as a delicious Cold Brew Matcha for a simple and refreshing summer drink.

A true crowd pleaser.

Note: we classify this Matcha as "Premium Latte Grade" according to our own strict grading standards established in 2015, but going by the current market's standards this tea would easily match if not surpass most "Ceremonial" grades out there. We reserve the "Ceremonial Grade" label only for hand-picked and stone-milled Matcha suitable for Usucha, which consists of only about 3-5% of the Matcha produced in Japan.

If you're purchasing this bag for your home or for business use, we recommend opting for one of our Biophotonic Glass Jars for optimal storage and practical everyday use. Transferring small amounts of powder into a jar minimizes its exposure to oxygen and increases the shelf life of the tea.
