Harvest & Growth: Produced with tender, hand-picked young shoots from 30+ years old tea trees, passed down from generations, which have been shade grown for at least 30 days prior to the first harvest of the season, to maintain maximum levels of L-Theanine.
Suggested use: Ideal to be brewed in Usu-Cha style (thin Matcha), and Koi-cha (thick tea) for those who would like to experience its pure and complex flavours.
