Our traditional hand-carved Chashaku is made of strong, durable Golden Bamboo and it's designed to help to portion the right amount of Matcha needed.
One heaped scoop equals to about 1 gram.
Care notes:
- Soak scoop in cold water for 2 minutes before its first use.
Rinse the scoop after each use and carefully pat dry before storing it away.
