Yuzamashi is a useful teaware used to adjust the water temperature when preparing Matcha or any other tea that requires a brewing temperature below the boiling point.
The required amount of boiling water is transferred into the Yuzamashi for a short period of time in order to cool down and reach the ideal brewing temperature of your tea.
