Produced by blending tea leaves that have been picked during the first and second harvests of the season, this refined culinary blend showcases a bright cue of green and a remarkable fresh fragrance that makes it ideal for Matcha Latte

Flavour profile: Robust and full-bodied with sweet undertones, strong fragrance and light astringency.

Colour: Bright Green

Harvest & Growth: Produced by blending selected tea leaves that have been picked during the first (mainly) and second harvest of the season. Tea trees are shaded for about 15-18 days prior to the harvest to retain moderate levels of L-Theanine and develop leaves with a mellow flavour.

Origin: Uji, Kyoto (Japan)

We recommend this Premium Culinary grade for:

Matcha Latte:

1. Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
2. Wet with 30ml of 80°C water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
3. Warm up 150-200ml of your favourite milk and pour into the paste
4. Add sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
5. Enjoy your Matcha Latte.

Iced Matcha Latte:

1. Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
2. Wet with 30ml of water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
3. Add a few ice cubes into the bowl
4. Add 150-200ml of your favourite milk (cold) and some sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
5. Enjoy your Iced Matcha Latte.
