TAISHIRO is a great all-rounder Matcha for all kinds of culinary uses.

If you're looking for an affordable, bright green Matcha that pairs perfectly with milk, cake mixes, pastries, and fresh fillings look no further.

Flavour profile: Robust and full-bodied with strong Matcha fragrance and moderate bitterness.

Origin: Uji, Kyoto (Japan)

Storage: Seal pouch immediately after use and store in a cool dry place, away from moisture and strong odors.

We recommend this Culinary grade for:

Matcha Latte:

1. Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
2. Wet with 30ml of 80°C water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
3. Warm up 150-200ml of your favourite milk and pour into the paste
4. Add sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
5. Enjoy your Matcha Latte.

Iced Matcha Latte:

1. Sift 2-3g of Matcha into a bowl
2. Wet with 30ml of water and knead into a paste using a Bamboo Whisk
3. Add a few ice cubes into the bowl
4. Add 150-200ml of your favourite milk (cold) and some sweetness if preferred (a little amount of sugar or honey helps to give to the drink more body and a more round flavour)
5. Enjoy your Iced Matcha Latte.
